This was a nice inexpensive hotel that we will likely stay in again. Most of my low ratings relate to the fact that the floors in the pubic areas, especially the hallway to and from our room needed vacuuming and that staff were sometimes unavailable at the front desk--you had to ring a bell and wait for them to show up. Aside from that, the room was good and clean and our stay was pleasant.

The room was clean and in great shape. It is located close to Westend shopping and restaurants. The beds were comfortable. While it was reasonably priced, I would suggest bypassing it if you want to sleep. We were on the first floor. The room above us must have had children that were allowed to romp a good portion of the night. The hotel construction obviously lacks quality sound isolation materials. This happened both nights we were there. We asked the maids for towels, tp, and shampoo. They did nothing in our room. We had to stop by the office to get supplies. If there are other options available, we will stay elsewhere next time. If not, you can do worse.

The hotel was clean but it was pretty bare bones - no kleenex, no hand towels, no shampoo, soap, or conditioner. Even though there was a kitchenette, there was not even a dish cloth or spoon to be found. The beds were super noisy so everytime someone changed positions, it echoed through the room. The room above us apparently had a herd of elephants staying in it. It was obnoxious. Paper thin walls and ceiling. It wasn't a bad place, just noisy and lacking in basic travel amenities.

It was clean. Not a place I would stay at again. The check in was long they had problems with checkin the room keys didn't work. Had to find staff to get doors to open.no drinking cups. Lots of noise. Sheets didn't fit the mattress.

The hotel was clean however the rooms had no extra toilet paper, no kleenex, no amenities in the rooms at all. No where was is advertised that it was an extended stay. No welcome info was given in regards to breakfast or the pool.

Not a suite

The hotel should not advertise as a "suite" as there is nothing "suite" like about the hotel. The rooms have no personal care items, such as an iron, a blow dryer, a coffee maker, etc. There is one elevator for four floors. Most of the hotel was filled with construction workers who were using the hotel for extended stay, so work boots were in the hall, the floors were not clean, outside garbage was in the parking lot, and garbage cans were overflowing. Check-in was horrible, the workers were busy talking to each other, and ignoring the customers. I would not stay here again as there are better options in Billings.

There was nothing unique about the premises. We arrived to find that the room assigned to us had been assigned to another party and we were put in the handicapped room. Not that there was anything wrong with it, it’s just that it would have been nice to be told ahead of time. And since the facility was out of key cards we were not given a key to the room. The clerk had to walk us to our room. Stripped down rooms, no amenities like coffee maker or hair dryer.

New, clean, great value

Nice, lots of storage space, Just keep in mind this is an extended stay unit, No coffee or breakfast provided or ice machine. Big fridge and microwave , burners for cooking your own food but no utensils. Deep tub, no hand towels or hangars Overall good value just remember to bring Some of your own supplies
