Nice room. The bathroom floor was dirty with debris and needs to be swept and mopped. Other than that it was a pretty decent room. If you get there before 4 they want a 25 dollar early check-in fee and also chat h a 21 resort fee !

First of all, Expedia did a rate hike on me and charged me more than 2 1/2 times with a normal room rate goes for. I paid $780 for two nights stay including fees when the room I rented typically goes for $128 a night. Second of all your description of the room says they are currently remodeled. It look like we stayed in a rundown Motel 6 in the middle of the ghetto. Water backed up into the tub, carpet was dingy and gross. There was hair everywhere and splattered stuff all over the furniture and curtains. Never again will I book through Expedia again. I have been a valued customer for the last 12 years and this was by far the worst experience ever PERIOD

To start with the room was supposed to be a newly renovated room, it wasn’t or if it was then whoever was paid to do the work should be fired! The room was dirty and neglected.
