The room was in an absolutely terrible condition. The shower didn’t work because the wall shower valve was broken and black mold was falling out from behind it. The floors were sticky and had cherry stems, hair and sticky drips all over it. The walls looks as if they all had leaks going down the sides of them. The refrigerator was broken as was the cabinet for the refrigerator. The food, coffee and alcohol were overpriced and gross but that’s to expect in a hotel casino. The only good thing was the casino and staff were kind. If I could have left and gotten a room somewhere else I would have. 10/10 would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. This place needs a drastic overhaul and gutting to be remodeled and enticing to customers.

The lady at the check-in counter was not friendly whatsoever and acted like she hated her job. She even made a comment that she wasn’t doing well, when I asked her, because she had just started her shift, then rolled her eyes. I arrived one hour before check-in time and was told I could not sit by the pool for one hour without paying an extra $25. Which is frustrating, because I paid to stay at this casino hotel vs. everyone else that I spoke to at the pool who said their rooms were comped as a benefit of their casino player’s card. There were no towels at the pool. When asked, the staff said “we have no idea where they are”. There weren’t any towels the next day either. I ordered a drink from the pool attendant, 30 minutes later, I had to go to the bar and order it again because she never came back (the pool was not packed, there just weren’t enough staff working). Someone started banging on our hotel room door at 1:30am like the place was on fire, but were gone when we went to the door (not really the hotel’s fault, but shows you the type of people who stay there). I frequently stay in Biloxi, and this is definitely the first and last time I’ll stay at harrah’s Biloxi.

Our room was large and had a great view. The staff was so nice especially the ladies that work at Starbucks and the Bell man. The pool was nice and relaxing.

What they don’t tell you when booking through Expedia is on top of the cost of the room, resort fee, there is an additional $100 per night fee added once you arrive to the hotel. We stayed two nights, we requested towels on night two which never arrived. We also requested bottles of water which seem standard with each room service. Beings we had no room service, we were told we could not have any additional water. I would never visit this hotel if you paid me. In fact I wish I could get the hundreds of dollars spent returned to spend on a hotel that would actually give me clean towels.

For the most part it was a great place to stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. My biggest complaint would be the bed and pillows. No support on either. The pillows were very flat and worn.The beds had the dips of an Un-flipped mattress and it was like sleeping in a lumpy hole.
