Pets are not allowed.



It measures around 120 m², is cosy and fully equipped, with views of the inner courtyard and swimming pool. Ideal for cyclists. It has a ground floor with an inner courtyard and a first floor with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It has capacity for 5 people. It has a spacious living-dining room with fireplace and toilet. The kitchen is independent and has an office, it is an induction kitchen and is equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



It also has a private landscaped patio of about 50 m² with a swimming pool, which allows total privacy, with garden furniture and a barbecue. The property has internet access (wifi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating and electric radiators, 2 Smart TVs, hair dryer, etc.
