Outdoor shower, patio (40 m2), public car park, public parking on the road. Grocery 400 m, supermarket 700 m, restaurant 150 m, bar 130 m, bakery 200 m, 4 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Binissalem" 600 m, railway station "de Binissalem" 900 m, ferry "Port Alcúdia" 34 km, sandy beach "Port d'Alcúdia" 33 km. Sports harbour 33 km, golf course (18 hole) 18 km, riding stable 16 km, walking paths from the house 1.5 km, cycle lane 900 m, children's playground 500 m. Nearby attractions: Bodegas y Viñedos D.O.
