The room we were given on the main floor was very noisy. To top it off, the pool was rented out on Saturday and Sunday for a swimming academy from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., so we couldn’t use or just a very small space if we wanted to swim.

While we enjoy the location of the Holiday Inn and they were extremely nice staff, we did find our room was definitely a little underwhelming and definitely more used. Additionally, on the weekends, they allow an outside company to come in and teach swimming lessons in their pool. We were asked by their instructor to swim at the opposite sides of their but the pool is quite tiny, and the girls felt as they were interrupting this swim lessons and were uncomfortable. Our kids were only seven and nine. Very odd to have outdoor swim lessons hosted in a hotel pool in which we pay for accommodations. Might want to rethink that!

Breakfast was decently fresh, my only complaint is that their tv setup is pretty bad… an by that I mean you have to select the guide channel, and then watch it roll through all the channels to see what’s on, then memorize the channel numbers, and then type it into the remote.
