It was very well located, parking was very close and convenient as we left our car overnight and walked everywhere we needed to. Hotel room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was very clean. Decor was nice and cosy! Staff were friendly and helpful.
Chose not to have breakfast, but room very clean, hotel public areas very clean. Would be good if we could open the window to get some fresh air in the room but other than we have enjoyed our stay
Lovely clean room with a big bed which was a bit on the firm side for us. A few more milk sachets would of been good. Breakfast was fantastic wibeingvthe best buffet breakfast ive had i think. Friendly helpful staff
The whole hotel is ultra clean and very modern. Situated by the Mailbox, it is very handy for the ICC. Staff are very helpful but being a small hotel, facilities are limited.
We were really pleased as soon as we walked through the doors. A classy reception, bar and restaurant.
Talar on the reception was really pleasant and helpful. Letting us have our room early.
Our room was lovely, clean and modern. We were particularly impressed with the large screen TV, iron and ironing board, coffee, comfortable bed and sofa bed and a lovely private bathroom with robes! And slippers. Restaurants all on hand and a Tesco next door. Brilliant
Found all staff including cleaners very nice.

Noisy squeaky bed. Thin walls can hear people in corridor and in neighbouring rooms. Breakfast not good. Hash brown like cardboard sausage chewy. All seemed very stale.
