We stayed in a suite for one night. What a stunning five star hotel. Suite had fridge, rain fall shower, huge bath with tv, separate lounge , safe, tv in the lounge and bedroom. Would highly recommend

All was very good. The only thing that needed looking at was restocking the good at breakfast time. A lot of people waiting round for food items for at least 10 mins so the rest of the food had gone cold .

The location is perfect for proximity to Aston University but there is something wrong with the plumbing in the building. The room smelt of sewer gas our entire stay and the shower didn't drain properly.

It’s ok … needs attention to detail to improve the experience- 1 bottle of water and 1 bathrobe when 2 people staying in the room ? Pillows awful unless you like really soft ones ! Keys didn’t work Topped up our own tea coffee milk .. no biscuits !!! All minor things and the lovely lady on reception did sort us out each time … but she shouldn’t need to .., it should be done automatically! About 20 min walk into town … great if you want to be near uni

Work trip

Room was smart and clean although the room did smell a little of drains. Breakfast good, beds very comfortable, staff friendly. Very noisy due to a party on arrival but they were having fun! Good gym for a hotel.
