The staff at check in was very pleasant, professional and accommodating. Dalvin was his name and he certainly is a great Ambassador for your far your facility. Or room was exceptionally clean and comfortable Thank you for an excellent experience.

We enjoyed our overnight stay. The room is really clean and nice set up. bed and pillows are very comfortable. Easy to park the car. Highly recommend this hotel and we will be back again.

It was a beautiful property and room. Staff was friendly and very efficient. Only problem we had was our entire party (3 rooms) had our keys deactivated when we returned from our event on Saturday afternoon to freshen up before dinner. Either than that everything and everyone was great.

Customer service Skills

Checking in I had rough start my room was canceled after I paid for it. Hotels.com was who I booked through which you can only chat not a live person. I showed everything I received in email. Deidra still would not let me check in after 35 min of back and forth. With hotels.com chat representative I strongly advice that you triple check to make sure your reservation aren’t canceled. This is the third time my room was canceled through them with other stays after being paid for. After Deidra finally adjusted her attitude and contacted her supervisor. Supervisor assisted her on helping make it right. I was finally check in I booked a king suite 4th floor. Instead got a double bed room that smelled sour. One of the elevators was down the entire stay the other smelled like it was on fire. I could never get the tv to work after I logged in on my accounts it still didn’t work. However for the weekend I made it work for business trip. Supervisor at the end of the night person did try an accommodate me with concession area . She was very nice and front desk was nice at the end of all the confusion. After driving five hours with freeze warning conditions. I just wanted to relax for the price it’s a no for me next trip to Bessemer.

The hotel appears to be new. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. A large TV with plenty of options and channels. The breakfast area was nice and the food was adequate.
