Parking was easy, nothing to pay if you were staying over..No lift so I requested help with my case up the stairs. A pleasant older man carried my case upstairs and told me to request help when leaving. I went to reception to request help with my case next mornig. I was asked to sit and wait. After I'd waited 15mins and no one came. I slid my case down the stairs, it wasn't easy. I had a good nights rest. My bed was very clean, room was fresh and my bed was very comfortable. The price of £47 I paid, was fair. I didnt have breakfast. Some areas require attention. Location is good for sightseeing and airport.

Staff absolutely amazing!!! So welcoming amazing food! A member of staff even carried my elderly mother’s bag to the car at 6.30 in the morning in the rain, the room, stank of cigarettes!
