The outside appearance and reception looked good. On arrival I was informed that parking was £25 per day, but they give you a code for 50% off, but even £12.50 is extortionate. The hotel seemed run down, room was small, I booked for 2 adults and 2 kids, they squeezed a small pull out bed in, which was to small for 2 kids. Breakfast was decent though.

Location for NEC was very convenient, welcome was warm, helpful and efficient. Room and ensuite were clean. Bed was HUGE and comfy. Combination choice of pillows gave options. Breakfast choices were excellent and loved the two sided glass surround of the dining area which enabled us to sit and look out on to the garden. Check out was 11am, an hour later than usual which made departure more relaxed .
