Staff and hotel were good. Hotel location was fine 10 min walk from New street station. The mattress was too hard for us. Glad to get home.

Stayed here few times visiting family. The lady at check in Miehela ( sorry if i spelt your name wrong) she was a trainee and she was very friendly, polite, smiling great customer service. This hotel is a 7 min walk from New Street, breakfast has variety of foods, room is comfortable. The only thing is maybe hooks on the bathroom door to hang towels etc..

Great room perfect location for concerts at the utilita arena, very close to the mailbox for food and drinks. Friendly staff. Walking distance to the train station would definitely stay there again

The room was fine and the breakfast was ok, although the eggs were dreadful and seemed powdered. However the front desk employees specifically told us to park in the carpark next to the hotel, which has NO CONNECTION to the hotel, and caused us unnecessary delays. Please advise them when someone asks if the Arena Carpark is connected to the hotel that it is NOT.
