When we checked in, Joe was super helpful and provided us with some wine glasses, plates and cutlery as we were planning to have a little antipasti dinner in our room. This is not the first time I have stayed in this hotel, and I would certainly stay again.

Tired small room, could've been better cleaned

Family room was really small with barely any space to negotiate around the two beds. To make some room in the morning we put away the sofa bed, and it wasn't so clean underneath. Big stain on the carpet, a lost earring from a former guest, and what even looked like a packet of tissues under the main bed which I didn't investigate. Having said that, the main reception, bar and breakfast area were good, and the breakfast was great with a lot of choices
