The room was tidy and clean but not really spacious enough for 1 adult and 3 teenage boys. We knew we would have to bunk down in the double bed and the sofa bed for one night but the sofa bed was thin , uncomfortable and quite small for two teen boys . Also the air conditioning unit was loud and very temperamental often to hot or to cold and was right next to the bed so poured cold air onto us and the noise kept us awake a lot of the time

Lovely staff as always. Chelsea is a gem. Well planned acessible room unlike some other hotels. Clean. Pleasant bar area. Loads of parking. Easy acess to motorway and good links with Birmingham.

We really enjoyed our stay, the room was really clean, the staff in arrival were very welcoming and knowledgeable and we had a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was also really good.

Convenient hotel for transport as located alongside the M5 Easy/free/ ample parking Half Penny Barn pub directly next door, but returned to hotel restaurant as only one staff member behind bar and a queue of people waiting to order drinks and food Room was ok, typical HIE, noisy air-con unit whether switched on or off which was irritating. Clean though, and USB charging socket by bed which was good. Ok for business stays
