The staff was very nice & helpful. There are many deferred maintenance items. Outside it looks quite nice. Inside it needs a l9t of minor repairs. Breakfast inconsistent. No clean rowels or water in fitness center. First room i got was missing minifrig, just a gaping hole w damaged cabinet.

breakfast was terrible no protein at all. The bathrooms wouldn’t flush the pool was murky and little size gym. It was not nearly as nice as other Hyatt place hotels we have stayed.

For a Hyatt property, I was surprised as to the condition of the property itself. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean, a/c worked great, and the shower was hot. No problems there. But the hotel had no locked doors on any side entrances. The elevators had missing tiles/carpet and the signs were falling off. It just seemed a little run down and wasn't being maintained properly. I expected better.

We only stayed one night. For the price we paid, it was acceptable for one night. The toilet seat was too small for the toilet, and some fake eyelashes fell from underneath the toilet seat. A little concern for cleanliness. However, the bed appeared clean and was comfortable. Overall, a decent place for a short stay.

Absolutely one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. Elevators smelled that made you Gag. My “safety” lock was broke. Bathroom I didn’t even want to shower. I literally didn’t walk without my shoes. I couldn’t wait to leave. Left at 6am bc I couldn’t take it there.

You should know that you get what you pay for… no cups at breakfast or breakfast meats.. very basic, minimal… asked for towels, never got it.. elevator smelled like chlorine covering up vomit.. lots of stains in room.. popcorn ceilings flaking off.. just questionable on how “clean” everything was.. staff was friendly.

This property is old and run down. The mattress had sink holes. Wheelchair accessible room, no plug in by bed, no shower bench in tub. Black hair in sheet and towel. Floor had stains, elevator with ripped carpet. Drunk guest in lobby.. Youth sports team above us running all night . Thankful only stayed a few hours, definitely NOT a normal Hyatt property.
