The staff was friendly and courteous. My baby had to do a head surgery early at 4 in morning and the staff was courteous to make sure I got to my car safe. It was raining so she asked to watch the baby in the stroller and told me to pull my car closer as I did park at the back.

The sheets were so worn they had abrasions and we’re so uncomfortable. The overall hotel needs a lot of updating too. But the bedding was very disappointment and kind of felt unclean.

This was not even close to my expectation for a hotel with the Hyatt name. The staff, however, could not have been friendlier or better at providing service. Take the name off and lower it to a 2-star rating and you will be ok.

Miscommunication BENEFITTED me!

Last minute change to Hyatt from my usual brand of hotels due to major miscommunication between my UAB healthcare team and reservations office worked out better in my favor. Nice clean and comfortable facility. Maybe I can stay longer next time. Would love to enjoy breakfast also but have to be at hospital early, before it's served. See ya next time.

Good hotel and great value.

I am pleased with my stay at this Hyatt. The hotel provided very good accommodations at a good price. The rooms were clean and nice and spacious. Hotel was VERY close to dining and shopping. It appears to be an older hotel and there needs to be a little updating done. My only issue with the stay was the fact there was only one working ice machine in the entire hotel...on a different floor. This was inconvenient but overall a good stay.

The workers were amazing and very friendly. It was very hot and a funny smell in the hallways. Only two ice machines on the 1st or 3rd floor. Rooms need to be updated. Only had one small face towel in the room.

The room and bathroom wasn’t clean. The air conditioner didn’t work that great. It took forever for the room to cool down and then it never got that cool. We normally stay here. But after this stay I don’t think we will stay again

Spacious. Clean. Accommodating staff I didn't like that there was not a flat surface on the 2nd row of parking in the middle of the area to roll luggage. One either has to roll all the way around in the parking lot traffic or lift luggage up on the ledge in the middle
