We had a small problem with our initial apartment. Staff could not have acted more quickly and moved us immediately. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with everything you could need for a weekend stay. However, it was the very pleasant staff who made it such a good experience.

Friendly check in, spacious and clean apartment. Well stocked kitchen. Good amenities in general area (bar/ food etc). We stayed as had a gig at Utilita and was perfect- 10mins walk.

Stayed for a concert at the O2… The hotel was perfect, well priced, easy check in/out… didn’t have the need but had a microwave, sink, fridge and basic cooking utensils for self catering. Only drawback was parking as this area is really busy (especially rush hour)… otherwise, a good location for the O2 👍

It wasn't made clear during the booking process that although we booked a three bed apartment it hadn't been booked for three people. When this was pointed out at the desk what was an honest mistake was met with a level of patronising distain by the staff. After then paying to upgrade the room for three adults there wasn't sufficient bedding.

Bad customer service and dirty

The floor was dirty as there was leaves on the floor when I got there Also had a yellow stain on the bed had to sleep on the sofa which was not comfortable at all. After all that the lady at reception was very rude to me as I asked to pay cash for overstay charge and she said yes over the phone when the time came to pay she threatened to call the police after 30 secs escalating the situation instead of helping me find a solution basically forcing me to find someone to borrow money from to put in my account when i literally had the money money in my hand.

Lovely stay, comfy and clean

Lovely room, it had more facilities than we needed, including dishwasher, coffee machine, cutlery etc. Very clean, lovely design. Very comfy bed and pillows. There was a strange noise coming from the shower throughout the night, we reported this in the morning and that have said they will deal with it.
