Great hotel- terrible valet

We had a great stay and the hotel staff was great. The valet service is SO SLOW and also wrecked our car and that was a mess. We waited 20 minutes for our car the night we were there and had reservations so my husband ended up getting it himself and found the valet outside on his phone. That company is contracted in not The Kelly employees but it was not the best experience.

Absolutely LOVED this property. It was safe, clean, and the staff was perfection! So friendly and helpful.
