Everything was top notch EXCEPT they have some sort of moisture issue. We came back to the room and all clothes left out, bedding, curtains, everything fabric was WET! It must’ve been 95% humidity in the room. If you like sleeping on a damp mattress with wet blankets and sheets for $250/night, this is the place for you.

The staff from check in desk to valet attendants were so friendly and helpful!! The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable. It would be nice to have a comfortable chair and ottoman to relax in but overall very nice room. Restaurants and coffee shops were all walkable and the area was very convenient! Would definitely stay again!

From the moment I pulled up everyone was so nice and accommodating. The only thing is there is no parking except valet, but it is not very expensive. It just would have been nice to know.

This hotel was phenomenal. The staff at the front desk, specifically Natalie, was more than accommodating for our large group. They were able to get us checked in (early) and gave us some great recommendations for local bars/restaurants. The hotel was beautiful and a great location to Uptown and concert venues. Our room was clean with very cold A/C. Bedding and pillows were very comfortable!! We will definitely be back for a future stay.
