The area is quiet, and parking is not an issue. the apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen and all the necessary modern appliances, including a washing machine. The kitchen is set to prepare your own breakfast at your own time. More than this a tumble dryer, an iron board, and a drying rack are placed in a separate room. more than this, the apartment comprises of 2 bedrooms, one overlooking the street and enjoys a lovely balcony, and another one which enjoys garden views at the back. Also, the place has all the rooms air-conditioned, and wifi is accessible in all parts of the apartment. Also, the living room is equipped with a television and board games.
The apartment is operated with a coin meter. We strive for an eco-friendly environment and we are responsible for minimizing the impact of the damaging effects on the environment, such as reducing energy consumption and adopting a sustainable lifestyle. guests are to be responsible for over-consumption. Air conditioners are free to use and are adjusted to have a comfortable stay, but are expected to be turned off if not used. if the limit is reached, guests are responsible for topping up the coin meter.

It is set 3 minutes away from Qajjenza beach and 10 minutes by walk to San Gorg beach, and 15minutes from Pretty Bay beach. All beaches are family friendly and enjoy the beauty of a night walk by the promenade. The location is perfect for dining out at the most renowned restaurants in the area. Restaurant prices are very reasonable and the area also enjoys fast food outlets which are also delicious. Besides these, Healthy eating together with bistro cafe are also available in Birzebbugia. Night life is the highlight during the long summer nights where bars serve the best cocktails and drinks in an lively atmosphere and music.
Besides this the location enjoys prehistoric settings which go back to 5200BC. The cave of Ghar Dalam is not to be missed cause it goes back to ancient times. Visitors engage themselves back in time and discover the era of animal bones and stalagmites. More than this, a nearby enchanting place is Borg in-Nadur, which is an archaeological historical site set to a higher level, which has breathtaking views of nature whilst overlooking the sandy beaches. NOT to be missed.
A couple of metres away is the village of Marsaxlokk, which is very well known for fishermen and the fish market. This place is packed with restaurants specializing in seafood dishes. it is held every day, but the highlight is on Sunday morning.
