Great Apartment

In a lovely quiet neighborhood. Short walk to centre and beach. Tidy and clean communal area and pool. Apartment had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Biscarosse. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

The appartement had everything you need for a holiday, it was clean and you can walk to the beach in only about 10 minutes.

Très bon séjour

Appartement agréable, situé dans une résidence calme. Il est bien équipé et possède beaucoup de rangements. Le balcon est ensoleillé le matin et à l'ombre le reste de la journée (idéal lorsqu'il fait chaud). On a particulièrement apprécié la piscine commune, propre et visible depuis le balcon (idéal pour surveiller/appeler les grands enfants) et sa proximité avec l'océan et les commerces : il faut compter 10/15min à pied pour se rendre à l'océan par la piste cyclable, ou à la boulangerie ou encore au leclerc express ou au centre de Biscarrosse plage (commerces, marchés du soir...). Valentin, le propriétaire, nous a très bien accueilli. Il est facile à joindre, arrangeant et réactif. C'est une location que je recommande !

Catastrophique - à éviter absolument

-Appartement peu entretenu, sale par endroits et au confort limité, dans le salon en particulier. -Petit électroménager vieux, voire obsolète - le locataire doit donc se porter garant pour des appareils qui peuvent tomber en panne à tout moment. -Filtre de hotte saturé. -Hotte sale et grasse. -Filtre de lave-vaisselle encrassé et sale. -Pas de produit de rinçage dans le lave-vaisselle - nous en avons ajouté mais ceci confirme que les appareils ne sont pas entretenus correctement et le risque est porté à 100% par le locataire. -Pas de wifi - en 2023! -Carrelage du sol fissuré à plusieurs endroits. -Balcon pas entretenu - pour preuve l'accumulation de sable dans les coins et l'état de la table extérieure et du cadre de fenêtre. -Descente de lit dans la chambre des adultes sale à notre arrivée. -Chambre des enfants sale par endroits, poussière. -Mobilier pas adapté aux matériaux du sol - des chaises en métal sur du carrelage, ce qui cause un bruit important qui importune probablement les voisins. -L'annonce de location ne mentionnait pas que les draps et linges de toilette n'étaient pas fournis. -Nettoyage en sus que nous avons payé mais malgré cela, il nous a été demandé de nettoyer l'appartement. -Nous avons dû signer un état des lieux d'une DIZAINE de pages à notre arrivée, après un voyage de plus de 10 heures - bonjour la confiance ! -Nous avons demandé au propriétaire de nous fournir le document que nous avons signé à notre arrivée, sans succès.
