Es erzeugt mehr Strom, als es verbraucht. Mit der überschüssigen Energie des Energieplus-Hauses können Elektroautos betankt werden. Jede Ferienwohnung verfügt über einen Stellplatz im Carport. Außerdem gibt es eine Elektro-Aufladestelle. In unserem Haus befinden sich eine behindertengerechte Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss und drei barrierefreie Ferienwohnungen im 1. und 2.
