A cute motel. The staff was wonderful and the basket with fruit and cookies was a nice touch. Nice outdoor sitting area despite being a small property. Bathroom was a bit small, but they even had toothbrushes and toothpaste packets along with the typical toiletries. We enjoyed our stay because of these special touches.

Easy check in, welcoming. Shower was hot, and relaxing. Smelled like cleaner so had to leave door open for a while, but other than that it was clean and comfortable :) would stay again!

Friendly owners, clean room. The cleaning chemicals used in the room were a bit too perfume-y, though. Unscented would be better. Nice area with picnic tables so you can have a picnic dinner. No breakfast provided but there is in-room coffee and a minifridge.

Perfect place to stay before skiing in Mammoth the next day. Cheaper than places in Bishop. And the hosts are so nice. The husband called me before I left LA asking when I would be checking in. He just wanted to make sure I arrived before 8 because that’s when the restaurants in Big Pine close. And when I checked in, they gave me a banana, apple and delicious Indian crackers. Nice touch from very thoughtful people.

Cozy stay before the snow

We left late for our trip up and didn’t get in til after midnight. The owner called us along the way to let us know restaurants were closing early in the area in case we were hoping for dinner nearby that night. When we finally made it up, we were so taken care of we immediately book marked this place for our next trip.
