Don’t stay!

First the tv didn’t work, toilet kept running, and it was dirty and small. Then they sent us to another room next door that had black mold but the tv worked and we were so tired after driving 12 hours we just stayed. Would not recommend. Also went to workout in the morning at their “fitness facility” ( treadmill, elliptical, and bike were the only things in the room) but one of them worked!

First, we were given a room that stunk to high heavens, enough to make you sick. Second room was filthy but had been sprayed with Lysol or some other disinfectant. We were offered a "suite". but it only had one bed and there were three of us. Then we were given a room on the second floor that had not been cleaned or beds changed or made. Bathroom was filthy with mold all around the tub. The toilet was not anchored down and moved around when you sat on it. The face of one of the drawers was off and leaning against to wall. I replaced it so as not to be charged for the "damage". When we brought the above to the attention of the desk clerk, she became agitated and made rude comments about us to another clerk or possibly a manager. Needless to say, we will never stay there again.

Over all the stay was ok. The air conditioner was very loud, interrupt sleep. The towels had stains. TV had nice volume, that was a plus. There's was no coffee in the room, but had a pot. The rest of the room was clean.

As I said, no heat. The desk clerk tried to start it but it never went on. The 11pm to 7am clerk said he could change my room but I said no (it was 1:30am!).

For the low rate of the room, it was OK. The beds were horrible and felt like sleeping on a rock, the pillows were small and also very uncomfortable. The AC unit in the bathroom didn't work and just blew hot air. The fridge didn't work.

The furniture (dresser) and lamp were broken. The room was next to an exterior light that was incredibly bright even with dark curtains. The air conditioner was very loud. There was a washcloth at the bottom of the stairs for over a day.

Worst hotel ever!

I was not able to stay in this hotel. Bathroom door was falling off, toilet seat was not attached, hotel personnel are extremely rude and the manager didn’t seem to care. I was in the room all of 19 min and some stranger came walking in. Rooms were not ready at check-in and it smelled like death. Felt like a crack hotel! Save your money and go someplace else.

Definitely wouldn't recommend

Won't ever stay here again. Rooms wasn't ready at check in. A/C was weak took forever to cool off room. Shower was extremely difficult to work, pop up was corroded in place. The 2 redeeming qualities was the breakfast and the counter staff who was doing everything they could to accommodate everyone.
