Perfect stay; a great, clean hotel walkable to Europa park.

Very nice hotel, breakfast has plenty of choices and offers something for everyone. The room are nice and the bed comfortable. I had only 2 issues, the aircon did not work in our room, luckily was not hot, and the check-in stops at 10:30. I was coming from a long drive and I was stunned by it. Got lucky the guy at the desk was running late and helped me out but the entrance barrier did not open and you kinda stuck on the outside car park if you cannot go across the grass with the car. Overall a good stay and i will stop again.

Great city and super awesome location for this hotel. Too many loud events happening outside the hotel but it was very comfortable with nice staff. I’ll be back.

Despite the breakfast room being bustling with guests, Gabrielle remained a pillar of poise and professionalism. Always smiling, never flustered, she ensured every guest felt attended to with care and genuine warmth. Her dedication made mornings something to look forward to.
