Well, what can I say? What a lovely day yet again! Staff really friendly, place lovely and clean. I was given a free upgrade to a double room even though I’ve only booked a single. This place really does look after their regular customers, which is great. I really enjoyed my stay - yet again, it was lovely to have a larger room. I wish I could get that every time I stay, but I do enjoy the single en suite rooms. They are lovely. I can see they’ve had all the rooms decorated since I last came. They look absolutely lovely with the dark chocolate and yellow bedspreads; it looks quite posh really to say that it is only a basic hotel, yet everything is supplied. They have air-dry in the room. You can get an iron if you need it, and the rooms are lovely and clean. What else can you ask for?

What a lovely stay we had at the B&B in Blackpool! Luke and John were extremely friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was so pleasant, and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Their bar was inviting, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The room was lovely and neat, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. We couldn't have asked for more during our stay. We are looking forward to returning in the future!

The property is located close to sea and promenade. There is also a busy street close by with bars shops etc. The room itself was small but practical for an overnight stay. The shower room appeared to be new and recently decorated. However the wash basin was to small and difficult to have a shave in. There was no mirror either in the shower room.

Great hotel

Had a really wonderful time at this lovely hotel. Room was comfortable with good facilities. Staff friendly and helpful. Smooth check in felt very at home. Didn't want to leave! Would highly recommend.

It will be nice when the building work is done

I decided to leave early and stay in Liverpool for a night . I emailed to say I would arrive 4 pm on my first night and had to ask Expedia for help to get into the building after a 35 minute wait. Lots of building work going on but one redeeming thing was the low price for the room each night

John & Luke are lovely Hosts, very helpful and friendly. We had Clara room which is boutique style. We had an extra kids room, so plenty space for us. The hot breakfast exceeded my expectation, big plate and tasty. The towels and bedding were fresh and comfortable, but would have liked a hand towel. As we were at The Pigeon Weekend, we shower twice a day, so would have liked fresh towels daily, but not a major issue. We didn't get daily housekeeping as stated on Website. Room was a bit dusty in corners etc, but for the money we paid we were very comfortable. Wall clock was lovely, but the ticking kept me awake.

Wonderful experience

I felt compelled to share with you the wonderful experience I had recently at the hotel I stayed in. What a delightful day it was! The hotel was of a very high standard, and the customer service I received was truly exceptional. I must say that even though the room was quite small, it was understandable given the reasonable price of 19 pounds a night. Despite the size, the room was immaculately clean, and I was very pleased with the overall service provided. One of the highlights for me was the lovely and clean shower, which was a refreshing experience. Although it was located on the floor below, it did not detract from the positive impression I had of the hotel. My stay was truly memorable, and I have no hesitation in highly recommending this establishment. I am already looking forward to returning for another visit in the future. Upon reading some previous reviews mentioning the presence of mold in the shower, I was pleased to find that this was not the case during my stay. From my perspective, the bathroom facilities were spotless, reaffirming my positive recommendation for this hotel. I believe that anyone looking for a clean and pleasant accommodation option will find this hotel to be an excellent choice. It was a pleasure to share this positive experience with you, and I hope that you too have the opportunity to enjoy a stay at this exceptional hotel in the near future.
