Comfortable stay near town centre

I have stayed here before so I am giving them the benefit of the doubt and leaving the review at four stars based on previous experience rather than this particular experience. The room was clean and comfortable but there were issues. The bathroom window latch was broken so could not be closed. The waste basket was also broken. I had booked a double room but was only given one bath towel. I went to reception to ask for a second towel and this was never delivered.

Nathan the supervisor was lacking of customer service. Collins was hinest and said the hest is tien off at night and we nweded to use a hwater. The quilt had holesnon it and was ficen an extra quilt which was bery old. The back of the television changet had no cover. Tje bathroom... I wish i can share the pictues. I believe the gentleman name ia Ian in the restaurant. He was the best. Alwaya saying good morning to ALL his guests and making sure that every one was doing ok.

Hotel of horror and unhealthy

I’m disgusted at how my stay was i was forced to leave early yesterday as the room i paid for was disgusted and unfit to stay in i made it known straight away to Nathan who told me i had no other option as there wasn’t any other rooms and he went on computer when he seen I wasn’t happy after showing him the pictures and found a cheaper room at the back of hotel but refused to give me any money back and after seeing that room I told him it wasn’t good enough for the amount of money I paid and he said there wasn’t any other option so we tried to stay in there and there was no plug socket to charge my phone the windows wouldn’t close the heating wasn’t working which made it so cold we complained again he wasn’t interested so we had to sleep in the car with heater on we had breakfast asked for another room he said no so we left to come home im absolutely exhausted and now i have a cold also i would really appreciate a full refund as we didn’t stay in there at all absolutely disgusting an the worst experience of our life we only booked a weekend away as a family because of my cancer diagnosis before I am unable to travel and now I unwell from the temperature drop i really want to take this furtherThey even had dogs running around in breakfast area disgusting stinks of fags every where dogs barking constantly

When we first turned up we had to wait for 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk to sign into The room i had was a single the bathroom was far to small could not clean yourself without the door closed shower was to small couldn't turnaround in it and only 1 person booking in and doing the bar it was just a lot of waiting around to be dealing with not a good experience

Room not cleaned by cleaners

Hotel room was Dia, only 1 double plug near TV so bring an extension, bits of tea paper on floor bits of white in bathroom toilet had poo stains, obviously room not cleaned at all, so slept on top of bed if room not cleaned so bedding won't be. App won't let me add photos I wonder why....

Took my autistic son with us as led to believe through Expedia they was a swimming pool but they was no swimming pool. My son was very upset as he thought I was lying when I told him we could go swimming. I don't think it's acceptable to advertise something that isn't true
