Just inside is the family-sized dining room with seating for six. A laundry room and a powder room are also on this floor. Step past the stairway into the open-concept living and kitchen, with granite counters and birch cabinets. Four stools are arranged at the breakfast bar, and a little round table with two chairs completes the kitchen eating area. You'll find a fridge with ice and water, the freezer below, a gas range, a microwave, and a coffeemaker that grinds beans fresh every pot. There's also a Keurig and coffee pods. The Bosch dishwasher is super quiet.

The primary bedroom with an ensuite bath is on the first floor, featuring a deep soaking tub and separate rainfall shower.

That bedroom and the living room both have french doors that open onto the fully fenced outdoor living space, where you'll find a gas and a charcoal grill, a gazebo to keep the sun and rain off your shoulders, and more seating options. These include a dining table with seven chairs, a wine barrel with two stools, and several lawn chairs that you can arrange around the wood firepit. There’s a separate fenced-off dog run area with a doghouse, though your furry family members are welcome throughout the property.

Check out the hot tub! It’s on a tigerwood deck. Then take a stroll on the stamped concrete path out to the above-ground pool, perfect for lounging around and keeping cool. If you're wanting to swim for exercise, hook up the swim tether.

Back inside, you can head upstairs for another kind of workout. A NordicTrack exercise bike and weight rack with a bench are available. It’s also set up with some office equipment, including a treadmill desk and 27-inch monitor. Bring your laptop if you want to hook it up. You can peek at the bay from this room! Continue on down the hall past two other bedrooms, each with queen beds, to the final bedroom with an electric fireplace. The second floor also has a shared full bathroom.
