House with private pool and capacity 12 people, located in a residential area of Blanes, not far away from the beach and with beautiful views of the sea and the Sant Joan castle.
This big house has a large living-dining area (TV), with access to the front terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the sea and the castle of Sant Joan. On the same floor, there is the independent kitchen, fully equipped so that you can feel at home (oven, microwave, dishwasher...), with access to a small room where the washing machine and dryer are located. There are also 3 double bedrooms (1 double bed in each one) and 2 bathrooms with shower.
On the upper floor you will find 3 double bedrooms (2 single beds in each bedroom), and 2 full bathrooms with shower.
The outdoor area has a great private pool, a built-in barbecue and furnished area to cuold enjoy great outdoor meals.
Garage for 2-3 cars.
Wifi included in the price.
Central air conditioning by heat pump (hot - cold) included in the price.
Pets are not accepted.
Young people groups are not accepted. The house is only rented to families. Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.
