It is located in the small village of Nova on the island of Korčula, right on the beach and has a wonderful view of the sea and the opposite islands. It is a stone house built in Dalmatian style .
The villa consist of ground floor and first Floor. On the ground floor are an outdoor kitchen, dining room with fireplace, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large terrace with pool..
In the first Floor are the kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom 1 bathroom. and terrace.
The attic is not accessible to guests and is locked.
