This floor has a living room, light floors and two French alcoves. There is also a bedroom, one wall of which is formed by a closet with sliding doors. In front of the kitchen-living room is a sheltered terrace facing west, here you will dine neatly outdoors, whether at lunch or evening barbecue. In front of the house are the parking lot and a small terrace with morning sun.
