Check-in was easy. The room was nice & roomey. Plenty of milk for cups of tea & housekeeping was happy to refill where necessary. Great position. Liked the fact you car was parked right out your door, except when someone parked their car in my spot & not theres. Maybe a good idea for customers to be asked to park in their specific spot & not someone else’s when the check-in.

Spotless clean room, very handy location, luxury bedding and toiletries, very polite staff and reasonable pricing! Wish continental breakfast was a tad better, like a real breakfast served on premises, apart for that all very good.

The room is very clean, breakfast was great.

Everything about my stay, from check in to check out, was easy. The room was clean & spacious and the spa tub was a wonderful surprise. The only thing I would add is to caution guests that the step up to the tub is a full 2 feet (I’m American & dint know the metric conversion, sorry!), so be prepared for that. Also, anybody taller than 5’4” (again, American measurements) would have to bend to take a shower because the tub brings you so close to the ceiling. The rooms without the tub (showers only) don’t have the same issue.

Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and helpful, close to everything.

Clean, comfortable, centrally located. Very accomodating and professional staff. Great cleaning staff. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Much appreciated.
