This is our third stay here since May 2025. It's extremely convenient and the staff and accommodations are great. Check in has been seamless and the eating options are great. Several gas stations nearby so you can pick and choose. We feel so comfortable coming here, that we plan on using this hotel as our go too when we pass through Salmon Arm regularly. Keep up the excellent customer service!

Check in was good, we got to our room and unpacked, we had to leave for an appointment so didn’t settle in right away. Once we came back we noticed the room was terribly dirty. Furniture hadn’t been moved, dust and dirt along the floor, old popcorn, chips, wristbands, hair and cobwebs in most corners. Hair in the sink, garbage in the garbage. Just not clean. We’ve stayed here several times over the years this was way lower standard of cleanliness than before. When I spoke to the front desk upon check out there was little acknowledgment and no resolve or composition offered. When travelling with a small child you want things clean and safe. Not sure we’ll be back.

Great pet friendly hotel. This hotel is clean and well maintained. The rooms are very large and they provide a free breakfast which includes scrambled eggs, sausage, waffle maker, toaster, yogurt, cereal (hot and cold), etc. The staff are friendly and the hotel has several nice, clean grassy areas for dogs complete with convenient garbage cans. Out back is a designated smoking area with ashtrays. There is a pub within the same parking area and a Starbucks. Gas stations with convenience stores across the street. It felt very safe and clean and I willl definitely stay here again. Very impressed.

Pleasant one night stay while travelling. Checkin in staff were friendly and efficient. There are train tracks at the end of the complex with occasional train -didn’t bother us at all. No train whistle.
