With its blend of vintage charm and modern comfort, this secluded home invites you to slow down and savor every moment. Step out onto the private loft balcony and take in the serene countryside, or retreat indoors for a cozy evening playing pool or poker by soft, ambient lighting. Fire up the grill on the porch and choose between two separate dining rooms or enjoy a relaxed meal on the back porch overlooking peaceful farmland. The fully equipped kitchen features two ovens and a six-seat bar top—ideal for entertaining and preparing group meals. All within 10 minutes of bustling Paris, TX.

SECURITY CAMERA DISCLOSURE:
For the safety and security of our guests and property, this home is equipped with exterior security cameras. There is a doorbell camera at the side entrance, as well as cameras installed on all four corners of the house providing full coverage of the exterior. All cameras record both video and audio. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private areas.
