The holiday flat is located on the gable end of a former horse stable, which was converted into a residential building in 2005. The house is detached in a quiet location, not close to the road in Dreveskirchen. Dreveskirchen is located on the Salzhaff near Wismar and the island of Poel. There are cycle paths and many sandy paths in the surrounding area, which offer you many opportunities for walks and leisure activities.
The landlord lives in the house on the other side.
The holiday flat is particularly suitable for families with children and pets.

The flat is on the ground floor and is approx. 67 m² in size. It consists of the following rooms: large living room with flatscreen TV, dining area and sofa bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bedroom with double bed (1.60m x 2.00m), a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Due to the ground floor location and the construction, the flat is also handicapped accessible.

The flat is pleasantly cool in summer and offers a comfortable indoor climate even on hot days. It is heated by underfloor heating and can be used all year round.

The terrace with barbecue and small garden has a hedge for privacy and plenty of distance from the neighbours. There is a parking space directly in front of the holiday flat.

You can reach the holiday flat via a paved (not asphalted) path. Horses and ponies are kept on the farm.

Dreveskirchen is approx. 10 km from the Hanseatic city of Wismar (World Heritage City) and the island of Poel (Baltic Sea resort). Activities such as deep-sea fishing, sailing or harbour tours can be arranged. For guests tired of the beach, Wismar offers a leisure pool, a zoo, a local history museum and guided tours of the old town. There are many seasonal activities on offer in the region, which can be enquired about at the tourist information centre in Wismar. Wide sandy paths also invite you to go hiking and cycling. Dreveskirchen is part of a network of cycle paths. We have many beautiful sandy paths that are particularly attractive for walks and hikes - even with dogs. The Salzhaff is a very popular spot for surfers and offers many opportunities. In the village (500 m) there is a shop, a hairdresser and a café.

großzügig gestaltete Räumlichkeiten, ein Bettgestell aus Metall bedingt ein Nachziehen der Schrauben oder Ersatz/Austausch selbigen (sehr wackelig und für schwere Menschen grenzwertig), Vermieter sind freundlich - es gab sogar eine Packung Eier als "Entschädigung" für das erfrischende Hahnkrähen am frühen Morgen. Wer Luxus erwartet ist hier fehl am Platz - wer sich mit dem Flair eines Bauernhofes und kleinen Unpässlichkeiten arrangieren kann, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Wir würden die Unterkunft empfehlen. Pro: Größe, Stauraum für Sachen, Ausstattung (generell), UmfeldKontra: etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Mobiliar, auf der Grünfläche liegen viele Glasscherben (Achtung bei Anreise mit Hund - habe viel davon aufgesammelt und entsorgt) .... wir würden wiederkommen.
