Our four bedroom neighborhood home is conveniently located just minutes from Penn State, Beaver Stadium, Tussey Mountain and Rothrock State Forest. Historic Boalsburg Village with quaint restaurants and coffee shops is right down the road.

This is truly a comfortable family home in a lovely neighborhood! Very clean and well-stocked. The host lives next door and stopped by shortly after we arrived to welcome us and ask if we needed anything. There were plenty of supplies, like paper towels, toilet paper, k-cups, pantry staples etc. Even extra sheets and towels! We felt like family guests, not hotel guests who can't be trusted with any access to extras. We look forward to staying here again on our next vist to the State College area.

Family football weekend

We had a wonderful weekend. Bryan was a great host - very welcoming and helpful. The home is a good location for a weekend at Penn State - easy drive into town and to the stadium. The back deck and backyard were perfect for a Friday night dinner with our Penn State students. And Bryan even has cornhole. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils and there were extra paper towels, trash bags, food storage items like baggies, tinfoil etc. We had access to the garage which was very helpful for us to organize all our tailgate supplies. Our group traveled from different states so we had 4 cars and there was ample space in the driveway for everyone to park. Would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful Stay

Our family really enjoyed staying here. We slept comfortably and enjoyed the space to relax. We also had fun playing ping pong. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. We would definitely stay here again!

We liked the quite neighborhood and the proximity to the events we visited during our stay. The home was clean and well maintained. If someone said "I wonder if they have...." all we had to do was open a few cupboard doors and there it was.
