Spanish/ Mediterranean style cottage with modern metal roof, tinted windows, and solar shades throughout; 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, comfortably sleeps 6 (2 queen beds, 1 full bed); front and back patios; 2 HDTVs with cable and wifi; laundry room with washer and dryer; full kitchen including drip coffee, toaster, water/ice dispenser, plates, silverware, pots & pans; bath towels, beach towels; large grass backyard with privacy fence; LED lights throughout, NEST thermostat; fully furnished inside and outside.

Great Place to Stay!!’

We stayed here from 1/29-2/28/2023. Everything about our stay was terrific. The owner was very responsive to any concerns. The house was great for us and in a perfect location. It was so good we immediately booked it for next year .We highly recommend this property.

Charming, central location and great host.

What a delightful place to spend our 3-week stay in Boca. Echoing others, location provided ready walking access to beaches, recreation, provisions and entertainment. Accomodation are charming and comfortable and Shuja is responsive and very nice. Would highly recommend.

Great week in Boca Raton!

We came down for a wedding, and decided to make a week of it and stay a few miles from the venue. The house was clean, location was excellent, and there was plenty of room for the five of us. Nice private fenced in backyard - we were able to have family over for a nice pizza party on the patio! Owner was super nice and helpful - house was ready for us when we walked in the front door. Plenty of beach chairs and an umbrella were handy and helpful on our beach days! Thanks for a great stay!

ideal location

A great Boca experience

The property was clean and well cared for, in a quiet neighborhood. The owner had bottles of water and fruit awaiting us when we arrived. Very nice furnishings, including a big flat screen in the living room with an Apple TV unit connected. Excellent location, convenient for exploration of Boca and surrounding communities. Highly recommended VRBO experience!

Clean & comfortable - great for my family with kids

We had a great stay at Shuja's place. The description and photos are very accurate. The place is clean, well-furnished, and had everything we needed to enjoy our 10-day stay with our 5- and 7-year-olds + grandpa. The fenced back yard was a great place for our kids to run around or play in the sprinkler (there was a hose and we bought a small sprinkler to use). The neighborhood was a real neighborhood, with friendly folks who waved when they walked by, and it felt very safe. A short drive to the beach, and the house comes with beach towels & chairs and a beach umbrella to use! The kitchen had everything you'd need - pots and pans of all sizes, decent knives, cooking utensils, plenty of kitchen towels, coffee maker & filters, blender, toaster oven. The solar shades did a great job at keeping the heat at bay and the A/C was top notch + ceiling fans in every room. The beds & bedding were very comfortable, as was the living space. Shuja was very friendly and always prompt to reply to any inquiries we had.

Nice!

Located in a really nice, quiet neighborhood close to shops & restaurants. Owner replies within minutes of email/text and is very accommodating. Shower in the main bath could use some more pressure, but overall we have zero complaints. Truly enjoyed the house and would highly recommend if you’re staying in Boca.

Beautiful home and perfect area. Close to beaches, shopping, activities.

We had a wonderful time. The home exceeded expectations. Complimentary fruit, water, beach towels and beach chairs were provided by host, Shuja. We already booked for next year. The host was very friendly, accommodating for any home concerns of which were minimal. We really recommend this home if your are searching for a great place to stay. Very adult, family friendly!!

Perfect rental!

Me and my family rent a lot for hour vacations and business trips, would have to say one of the best rentals till date! The host is readily available and tentative to your comfort ! House was clean very updated and great fenced in yard for your pets if you are traveling with them. We came as a family of 6 with 3 dogs! Very spacious and quite neighborhood around all the best shopping and restaurants in Boca!! Can’t wait to go back, will be my go to rental!
