The modern apartment is located in an idyllic, quiet basement location. The apartment is ideal in midsummer as it stays pleasantly cool even in hot temperatures and still offers a sunny terrace. The apartment is part of an apartment building, from which it is only a few minutes' walk to Lake Constance. Other important everyday facilities such as baker, butcher, supermarket, restaurants, lido, train station etc. can be reached on foot in a few 100 meters. With a living space of approx. 52m² and a small terrace, the friendly 2-room apartment is ideal for 2 people. A sofa bed offers additional accommodation for up to two more people.
