Casa Dann Carlton in Medellín was a great stay! The views were amazing, the location perfect, and the free breakfast was a big plus. The staff was super helpful and friendly. A lot of restaurants down there. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I’m highly recommend this hotel.

Poor service, older hotel

Check in experience was delayed. When checking out I asked for a receipt with the rate and taxes and was told I would have to wait least 15 minutes if I wanted a print out. Seemed absurd since it takes three seconds to print and I had already prepaid for my stay, still waiting for an email receipt to review the costs.... Front desk folks not friendly at all, older hotel and pool area under construction. There are plenty of options in this same area for much less, consider looking elsewhere.
