Misleading listing on Expedia. They post photos of a clean, modern, pleasant hotel, but upon check-in you’re told there are actually two towers: one is an old building with bad smells, uncomfortable mattresses, and TVs from the 1990s; the other is modern, clean, and comfortable. The issue is that they advertise both as the same experience, when in fact they are completely different. When I arrived, they charged me 30% more to stay in the decent rooms instead of the old tower, which they use to lure you in with a competitive price under the same name. Expedia: please review this hotel. Speak with the manager — they are misleading customers with their listing. Very serious.
