Staff don’t really interact.. bfast very poor. The service is very very slow .. only the chef is aware of what’s going on. The waiters looks lost. Never ask if everything is fine. No coffee/tea spoon for coffee on the table .. no sugar.. when u ask for a coffee they offer you caps from the machine. Test very awful and so very hot..15/20 minutes wait for an omelette even if there is only few guests..but when the manager/boss (a woman) comes..she gets the all attention but the guests get nothing.. one day a certain man came, sit on the right side and order an omelette, after me, and get served right away.. but something was wrong with his omelette so chef changed it right away and I’m still waiting for mine.. very poor service.. asked for an orange juice every day and I have time to finish my food before the juice arrives. Very disappointed…only the room and the cleaning were fine ..never been ask if needing anything..

We stayed in the penthouse and really enjoyed it. The room was spacious and the views were lovely. Breakfast was good. There is a self service mini bar including water that is for a charge. It would have been appreciated if the staff told us that before instructing us to just go there to get water. You need to reserve the pool, despite staying in the penthouse that had it attached it our room. Overall was a good stay and the staff were very helpful.

Spotless and luxurious rooms and ameneties. Excellent service. Our flight was delayed and reception messaged me via whatsapp if we are okay. I responded when we landed and then, when we got further delayed because of currency exchange wait at the airport, Carlos followed up again if we are okay. Wow, that's very impressive! Breakfast buffet is delicious too! Our room is very spacious!

Great stay, incredibly helpful and friendly staff. The location is great, safe to walk around, about 40 mins by taxi to La Candelaria, easy with Uber or Cabify. The pool is kept very warm and the gym is great, you can book both in one hour slots for exclusive use. Rooms are spacious and clean. Overall excellent

Buenas tardes Cassa Luxury Bogotá No puedo dejar pasar la oportunidad para expresarles lo insatisfactoria y desalentadora experiencia en mi breve estadía ustedes. Ya los había visitado dos años atrás por unas 4 noches y los volví a elegir con las expectativas de lo que fue una muy buena experiencia en esa ocasión. No sólo el recibimiento fue frío, poco cordial y hasta podría decir que mi llegada fue sentirla inoportuna. Esto a parte de mencionar que para el chofer del taxi fue imposible conseguir la atención de la joven en recepción para que abriera portón para vehículo, tuvo que desmontarse y abrir él, a pesar de haberle avisado vía WhatsApp minutos antes para que estuviese atenta. Prácticamente la misma actitud cuando regresé a hotel 8 pm, luego de hacer compras en Andino , al momento de yo tocar el timbre para entrar. Tuve que tocar la puerta como 4 veces, y la veía en la recepción, pero se tomó su tiempo. En fin, la persona que estuvo en recepción durante mi estadia hacía esfuerzo mínimo, no me parece perfil de servicio.
