Tired 5* so more 4*. Room was ok, no mini bar, no tea/coffee making, no fridge, no extra pillows or blankets, no in-room AC or heating. Breakfast was ok - lots of options if you eat everything- not great for vegetarians or vegans or non pork , you would need to let them know before you go. Each day them made egg-free/pork-free food for us which was great. On day 2 we asked or a fridge in our room and it was installed the next day. Nice place, great location.

Hotel is huge and in excellent condition! Staff is attentive and friendly! They helped me with my luggage to my room , booked my taxi to move around the city , advice on places to visit and amenities offered by the hotel ! Rooms are huge and well kept ! Bed slept wonderful! I had a junior suite and it was well furnished with good views of the mountains and surrounding area ! Love the gym and the pool ! Came in handy before starting of my day ! There breakfast were amazing and excellent variety! Both cultural and continental type food ! The cosmo restaurant served excellent food night and day ! The food experience was top quality and taste ! Loved the seafood they served catch of the day and the salmon special! Hotel is situated in a good area with lots to offer ! People in the community are hardworking and friendly civilians just be shrewd how you carry about yourself! Use your common sense ! Taxi is not expensive to move around because everything is nearby the hotel especially if using uber cost like 7 USD to visit Monserrate for example or ride to the airport cost 12 USD ! Anyways don’t hesitate to book this hotel and try their junior suite it is well equipped and layout is great! Enjoy your stay ! Will definitely be back when am in bogota !

I had my reservations about the size of the room and the bed, but I was pleasantly surprised with the size of both. The room was huge and we were very comfortable. The location is convenient, making it easy to go everywhere around the city. I appreciated the staff and their willingness to go above and beyond to make us comfortable. Great restaurant and amenities. Highly recommended!
