The problem with this hotel is they sell it as “luxury” and all the photos they present are just not truthful. Theres nothing “luxury” about this place. If they were honest and removed that word from their name i would rate it higher but it’s just not true. The room is decent and the view is nice. The main desk workers are nice and helpful. But various areas of the hotel are worn down. If you look behind the curtains in the room the floor is very dirty. The breakfast was pretty sad and lazy and looks nothing like the photos. The walls are paper thin and you can hear neighbors speaking and making noises literally all day long and at night. The rooms have a mini kitchen and if you leave any dirty plates or trash around the room the cleaning people will never pick or clean them up. Overall just not a great experience for what they sell you on the photos, etc. Sadly because if they put a little more effort this would be a nice hotel.

Staff gave a lot of poor directions when asked for assistance. The floor of my room was peeling from previous water damage. Could not get the jets to work on the hot tub. Internet WiFi was unreliable. Breakfast was the same thing day after day and very limited. I saw no dinner available as listed on the webpage. They will lock your reservations so that no changes can be made and you must stay for the duration of your initial stay. Staff would not even give their name to a Expedia staff when asked. I have a 3-night voucher that I would love to sell to anyone who is interested.

Nuestra habitacion contaba con balcòn que daba hacia una calle con semáforo la cual la hacia ruidosa. El staff siempre fue muy amable. La limpieza era buena dependiendo de quien la diera,pues cada empleada limpiaba diferente. Lamentablemente nuestra habitacion no contaba con hot tub pero el baño era bastante comódo.

My experience was really good, everything is very neat and clean. People are extremely nice! And very accommodating. The daily breakfast is really good and very Colombian. They will make your eggs per request. I really think there should be a microwave in every room. I don’t like the idea of having to go downstairs to warm things up or use the kitchen and then having to wash things. Other than that, the place is great, I will come back and recommend for sure!
