Rooms are clean and nice. Super service!!!

The service was outstanding. The attention this staff gives their clients was unbelievable. Up to the ladies that served our breakfast, they were so nice to us. Whatever we requested it was done without a question. Oscar and the other front desk Clerk ( I forgot his name) were the best!! We rate this Hotel Aristons with 5 stars without a doubt. Rooms were clean. A bit cold but that's because we're from the caribbean. The neighbourhood was also nice if you like the colombian ambiente. We loved it, late in the night we drank our coffee around the corner with a piece of cake. It's not a hotel on the beach, but if you like to see mountains while you're doing your morning walk, it is breathtaking. Bogota population is BIG so the traffice is a torture.

Close to airport-overall good

Nice, clean hotel.I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an inexpensive hotel that provides good service. there is a nice bakery shop just steps away. Remember you will need to pay %16 taxes on top of your rate.

Very quiet near city center.

We stayed twice at this hotel for a total of 5 nights. Great staff and amazingly quiet for a hotel in the middle of a city of 10 million. Would recommend.

Great hotel, affordable price

I was very happy with this hotel. We stayed for 14 nights in two rooms for a party of 5. The staff was very nice and willing to accommodate us. Through the holidays we had easy access and the neighborhood was safe. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an inexpensive hotel that provides top notch service.

Great hotel for the money

The room was affordable and comfortable. We needed a space to sleep 5 people and thus was perfect. The staff was very helpful and hardworking - down to the pleasant shuttle driver.

Nice little hotel on straight shot to the airport

The surrounding neighborhood is so-so OK, but there is a nice little bakery/sandwich shop just steps away. Three roosters competed crowing outside in neighboring houses at 4:00am, but my wife and I were already awake because we had an early morning international flight. Because traffic in Bogota is so extremely horrible at all times of day or night, we picked this hotel for ease in getting to the airport. This hotel has an excellent arrangement with a taxi service which was waiting dependably at door before our 5:00am checkout.

Don't stay in this hotel.

I didn't like this hotel. First the check in took so long, they said the check in is a t 3pm and we arrive at 2 they make us to wait until 3. Finally the room was available, I notice the sheets wasn't change look with wrinkles amd dirty. The actitud of the employees were the best. I won't come back to this hotel.

A nice clean cheap hotel but awful, awful service!

We arranged the airport shuttle with the hotel but after waiting for 30minutes and no sign of the shuttle we got a taxi. Upon arrival we asked the receptionist but he didn't speak English so we waited till the morning. The female receptionist had better English but struggled to understand our complaint until a guest kindly translated. They said it was a mixup! They didn't seem to mind that we waited 30mins. The hotel overall is quite nice, it's very clean and new. Shower was excellent but when I arrived for breakfast at 9.30 I was told it was over - another disappointment as we had a big flight. They should have informed us it find shed that early when we checked in. Then at 10am I asked the receptionist to book a taxi for us to go to the airport at 12pm. We arrived down at 12pm and I could see she had forgotten because she picked up the phone, booked a taxi and a taxi arrived 25minutes later. We nearly missed our flight thanks to her.

no parking

was no parking lot in the hotel, first they try to make me pay tax , and tourist dont pay tax in colombia. in the room was no a/c .I had mold around the bathroom window. the room is so smaller for the pics . you cant ask for much when you pay $30 for night . wow an you will have to pay $30 more when you get there ! for insurance, I don't know what the insurance is for.

Clean, comfortable, nicely upgraded hotel

Here for a few days before going to Santa Marta. Just needed a chill place to layover for a few days and this hotel was perfect. The rooms are bright, clean, nicely upgraded with laminate floors and a nice bathroom. The breakfast is good. No complaints, would stay here again.

Charming hotel

Very nice, well designed and modern hotel. My only complains would be that the rooms are not noise proof. I could here all the traffic outside and people talking on the hallway. And the neighborhood was kind of scary but it was a true taste of the city.

Nice Hotel, nice staff, location a little iffy

Its very close to the embassy , we walked it took 10 minutes, Little shops close by. Due to construction around the area taxi drivers have a hard time finding it.

We stayed just one night because of a flight connection. Hotel staff is friendly and ready to help. Though the hotel seems to be new, parts of our bathroom were falling apart (or were already broken). Free shuttle to the airport.
