Queja y reclamo.

La reserva realizada la cancelo el hotel sin ningún aviso, cuando se llegó al hotel no había reserva y fui trasladado a otro hotel distinto al que se reservó, porque al cancelar la reserva hecha por hoteles.com ya no tenian habitaciones disponibles. El hotel al que me trasladaron estaba más lejos del sitio que requería y no tiene las mismas condiciones del que reserve en principio. Estoy muy en desagusto con esta situación, lo mismo le sucedió a mis compañeros de la empresa que también reservaron el mismo hotel en Hoteles.com.
