The staff was very kind and helpful at all times. The rooms were very clean and the restaurant had a variety of delicious food. I definitely recommend the hotel. The location is very good! It’s near a great shopping center and plenty of restaurants, banks, etc.

Excelente hotel en una formidable zona. Muy limpio, acogedor y una calidad de servicio, superior, desde el Lobby hasta el personal de aseo, siempre buscan la manera de que todo sea excepcional. Lovely hotel with fabulous, friendly staff (special mention to the breakfast team). Location was great with the shopping centre and plenty of restaurants close by. They would have received five stars except for the air-conditioning was not working (we were on the top floor and it got warm in the afternoon). Whilst these things happen, what I was disappointed with was that they clearly knew about it and didn't mention anything to us. It had clearly not been working for some time as their 'fix' was to provide portable air-conditioning units which were very noisy and meant that we had to have the windows (to the street) open. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay.

It was great. I had a room that had kitchen facilities. It was spacious and convenient. It was unusually cold,so I got an extra blanket. The staff were sharp and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

This is a beautiful classic hotel. The check-in was very smooth and we were greeted very warmly with a welcome drink. The breakfast buffet was generous and had an ample selection of fresh fruits, and you could also request eggs to order. The surrounding areas is very safe and walkable and it’s nearby a large shopping center. The staff is very welcoming and kind. On the upper level there is a spa and a steam bath. We used the steam bath the one evening we were there and it was a nice treat.

Its a nice hotel very well located in Bogota. Quiet, safe and great service. The hotel has almost no Lobby, breakfast is good but if they are full there is no where to be seated. Rooms are big and comfortable.
