You get what you pay for. Correct. Bedsheets were a little stained and general cleanliness wasn't the best. Had to pay for an "Insurance" which I didn't know about and wasn't really explained, but was only 6000COP. The area looks safe and has many food places around.

It’s a basic hotel no fans or air conditioning in my room so on hot days I open the window and the door. If you’re looking for something for 1 to 3 days or less, then this is the hotel for you. If you don’t need any conveniences, and you’re like hitchhiking or something, then this is the ideal place. For instants, the cable was stretched, thin on channels. There was no CNN.

It was very noisy inside the property, no sound isolation at all. The bathroom wasn't in the best condition. I was charged extra for having another guest other than me in the room. Althought they advertise as having free airport shuttle service, they actually charge for it.

There is no free airport shuttle service, the place with charge you 25k pesos each way from the airport. The lady working at the front desk wasn't very nice. The place itself is pretty rudimentary with only towels and soap as amenities. No water is provided, you must buy it at the front desk. Water wasn't hot at all, the lights in the bathroom weren't working and there are no convenient outlet plus available in the room. The phone and bedside lamp weren't plugged in at all and the beds are hard to move. Just a real basic hotel, don't expect much!

En la pagina dice que incluyen transporte gratis al aeropuerto, sin embargo no es cierto. Cobran el servicio aparte. Deben aclarar mejor estos aspectos ya que el huésped se confía.

I had to pay transportation from and to the airport. When I booked the hotel the website offered “ free transportation”. ( green words), but it is tricky. Brekfast is very good Night guy was nice Day time front desk receptionist is very rude. , not only with me but the driver cab as well. There are better hotels around and even cheaper. I don’t recommend this hotel.

The staff of the hotel was fine, but the rooms are really small, dirty and with a horrible view. The location was alright, close to the Universidad nacional. Overall I would not recommend it.
