The area is safe. Other than that.... nothing good to say. For the first 2 days, there was no hot water even when we reported to Jonathan several times to the person in charge. We made a reservation through Orbitz and Jonathan said that he never got the reservation. I contacted Orbitz and spoke with David, he gave me the option of canceling the booking and my relatives to pay cash there. Then I spoke with Karla the supervisor. She called and apparently solved the problem, hmm. The next day my sister called me to say that Jonathan asked them to pay for the Motel. I called back to Orbitz. I spoke with Christian... nothing to do. He canceled the reservation. I had to send money to my sister through Western Union for her to pay there and pay a fee of course. It seems that there is a big miscommunication between Orbitz and those flop-houses that Orbitz sells on their page. All the time my sister was there was a nightmare for me making phone calls and trying to solve issues. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Keep away from there.
