It was our first day together... The water was shut off for several hours. The shower was not accessible and my female companion had to use the restroom at a local business. Very unfortunate and the hotel did not provide updates with out us inquiring. They also did not offer us any compensation in return for our inconvenience

The exceptional part is the customer service from all staff, always happy to help us. Beautiful guys too! Haha. We asked to move rooms because the street noise is terrible and I could only manage 3 hours sleep. They were prepared to accomodate us and move us to a quiet room, where I managed a solid 7 hours. Breakfast was small, simple and good. But I really wanted to get up and show them how to make a coffee (I’m a barista of 20yrs experience). I would recommend to stay here. But if you’re used to the quiet life. Ask for a room at the back. I do wish though that the smoke alarms did not flash a bright white light every 20 seconds.

I travel often to Bogota and stay at one place every time . However, this particular weekend the hotel I stay at was under renovation.. I NOW found my NEW FAVORITE hotel. 5 stars..you can't go wrong. From check in to check out! The best !!!!! You won't be disappointed

Salvo la persona de servicio que nos atendió amablemente hubo varias cosas terribles: 1. No tienen estacionamiento así que la razón de haber escogido el hotel quedó minimizada. Me tocó buscar mejor Uber y enviar el carro a otra parte. 2. La habitación asignada era en un tercer piso y yo iba con personas de la tercera edad y ahí no hay ascensor. 3. Por último y no menos importante, se supone que pagué lo correspondiente al hospedaje y cuando llegué aquí me cobraron un adicional al según por impuestos. Muy mal
