We had a great experience at Wyndham Bogota but they need to install the other part of the shower door so it doesn’t get the water all outside of the shower.

I do recommend this hotel. The staff are friendly, clean hotel, a perfect buffet breakfast and delicious a la cart dinning options. Spacious hotel room with airport shuttle. Around the hotel are also good restaurants available. Shopping Mall at 10 minutes walk. I will for sure stay again at this hotel.

Disappointing Decline in Service. After 5 years of loyalty, this hotel has become a frustrating experience. The management now charges visitors after 9pm and uses invasive camera surveillance that makes guests feel uncomfortable. Key card issues are constant, forcing frequent trips to the front desk to get room access fixed. Positives: The food remains excellent, and the location is still unbeatable. Recommendation: Management needs to prioritize guest comfort and restore the welcoming atmosphere that once made this hotel special.

The hotel offers satisfactory accommodations, including clean and tranquil guest rooms. However, the breakfast service falls short of expectations, with many menu items resembling leftovers from the previous day. The bread is stale, the vegetable selection is limited, the eggs requested take an excessive amount of time to be served, and the Colombian options, such as empanadas and arepas, taste as if they have been reheated. Furthermore, the staff fails to provide timely notifications regarding the removal of the buffet, resulting in the premature removal of items five minutes prior to the scheduled end time, causing inconvenience for guests who are not prompt in making their selections.
