Property is normally nice I’m sure however under some pretty significant construction. Which did impact our room. The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond. We will be back when passing through next. Hopefully the construction will be all done

This is a great place to stay if going to the airport and they allow you to park your car there while gone for a small fee. Great people

We like staying here because of the proximity to the airport. It is just a basic room with nothing special. I wanted some tea and they didn’t have any.

Sketchy Stay with Construction work!

When we got to the hotel, there was a sign saying there was construction work in the hotel from 8am-6pm daily. Nowhere on hotels.com did we see any notice of construction at this hotel (we wouldnt have book it!). There was quite a bit of dust on the stairs and walls. Our room ( 329) was missing baseboard trim in most of the room and had significant wallpaper hanging loose on a bottom corner. There was also no place to hang clothes or hangars. While the bed was comfy and the show er was nice, I would NOT recommend staying here until AFTER all the construction is completed/rooms are finished. Coffee was weak too. Not an ideal stay

It was unde construction and the room they put us in is where the construction was. The room we stayed at smelled like paint it was awful and was missing baseboards as if they're still working on the work. They had plastic tape from floor to ceiling and paper covers on the floor. One of the worst stays we've had ever experienced in a hotel.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The hallways and entrance to the elevator were dirty. There was no place to hang clothes. Hanging a simple bar in the alcove by the door would have been sufficient. Breakfast lacked bacon or sausage. Rates were raised dramatically because of High School basketball tournament in the area. Water was turned off without warning. Black gunk came out of the tap when turned back on. I have stayed for many years for conventions and other events but no longer. Sad to part company.

Disappointed

The hotel is being remodeled, but we did not expect to go through a plastic dust barrier to a partially finished room that was still under construction. The floors were covered in construction dust and the protective film was not eveen removed from the new shower. All I can say is the bed was clean. The woman at the desk when we checked out was indifferent.

Sign said they were remodeling. Dusty all along the walls and missing base trim in the room they put us in. Rust colored water from sink. Very noisy due to proximity to freeway. Maybe cleanliness will be better after remodel
