Pillows are hard as bricks and no pillow choices Bed is so noisy. It creaks and shrieks when you sit on it and when you turn over. Walls are paper thin. Every noise is heard outside of the room and jet engine noise. No coffee in the room Does have microwave and refrigerator go figure. Breakfast “buffet” very limited. This is a very basic hotel. It is a makeover from Inn America, not IHG QUALITY. Room was clean but minimal.

Staff is great, real toilet paper, toiletries great, no nasty small plastic wrap or bottles. Recently refurbished but very cheaply. Looks nice but already not holding up. Breakfast lots of carbs, no fruit, got rid of waffles. Tables and stations with crumbs, sticky. Lady refilling but did not seem to notice. Kinda hanging out. Note, "greener" but cups in room and for water all plastic. Did have 2 nice water dispensers. Used to stay here alot but got bad. Had to try again but not so good. Exterior side doors not locked for safety but sign says use your room key.

The check in staff were very friendly & accommodating. We did have some trouble getting the thermostat set to heat but other than that it was very comfortable. We didn't get up early enough to get much out of the breakfast. We definitely will stay again. The hallways were kind of dirty but the cleanliness of the room was good.

Room was clean. During checking staff was friendly very helpful, even though a customer interrupted us while checking in the staff handle it very professional. Their freshly brew coffee was very good. Really enjoyed staying here. However, the bed did made a weird popping sound every time you were turn. It didn’t bother me but only stayed 1 night not sure if it would get on someone’s nerves if the stayed is longer.
