The heart of the house is the spacious outdoor area with a private pool, partially covered terrace, lounge furniture, sun loungers and a summer kitchen with a grill, ideal for relaxed hours under the sun or romantic evenings with a view of the glittering sea and the opposite island of Hvar.



On the ground floor, you will find a modern, air-conditioned living area with an open, fully equipped kitchen area, dining area and TV couch. A bedroom with a double bed and its own bathroom/WC as well as direct access to the pool terrace provides additional comfort. On the upper floor, there are two more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, air conditioning and SAT TV. A child's bed and high chair are available if needed. Washing machine and dishwasher are available, pets are not allowed.
