Only 150 meters from the lake Bolmen lies this cozy cottage in Österås. It is equipped with two terraces, each facing opposite directions, and there is a carport. The property offers plenty of space for ball games and there is a playhouse, a swing and a trampoline.
The island of Bolmsö, where the house is located, is only 20 km from Ljyngby in Småland. You can reach Bolmsö via a bridge and in the north of the island a ferry goes to Sunnaryd. At the house's own jetty is the boat with an electric motor (belonging to the house) and it is possible to rent three kayaks.
On the island there are many antique stores and second hand stores and there is a possibility to buy a fishing license.
