Brand new luxory summer house with high standard, 20 meters from lakeside facing west with beautiful sunsets. Fishing paradise.

Boats for all kinds of water sports available (waterski, wakeboard, banana, tubes, SUP, kneeboards, and much more , Small fishing boat with outboard engine included , Canoe , basic fishing gear, bikes, BBQ, outdoor furniture .

Location is private, private Jetty/ beach shared only with owners other houses . There is a small new guesthouse with 6 extra beds, 2nd set of washer dryer, and a full bath.

Main house sleeps 6, in 3 bed rooms. Very high standard on everything, Robot cleaner. Sonos Sound system. Japanese toilet with bide.

Sauna with view over the lake.


The Wine cellar has a good variation of wines, and is a nice place for a wine and cheese tasting.

Outdoor Pizza owen and Teppanyaki as well as a big napoleon BBQ.

Fantastisches Haus und super Gastgeber

Dieses Haus und diese Lage ist einfach grandios. Der Komfort im Haus ist ĂŒberdurchschnittlich und die Lage am See ist ruhig und erholsam. Gut auch fĂŒr Kinder, da der See nur langsam tief wird. Man sollte ein Auto haben, da es sehr abgelegen ist. Wir wurden durch den Gastgeber sehr gut betreut und er hat immer alle Fragen sofort beantwortet und auch VorschlĂ€ge gemacht, was wir unternehmen könnten, Restaurants etc , Ich kann es zu 100 % weiterempfehlen.

Fantastiskt stÀlle

SuperhĂ€rligt stĂ€lle att vara tillsammans flera familjer👍 Bostaden var frĂ€sch och modernt inredd med alla bekvĂ€mligheter som Wi-Fi, fina dusch-och badrum och bra sovrum. LĂ€get var absolut topp med egen badstrand och vacker vy. Lite avlĂ€gset kanske men det passade oss. Fina grillkvĂ€llar trots att vĂ€dret inte var det bĂ€sta. Alla var supernöjda.

Super Location - tolle Ausstattung - grandioser Urlaub

Das Haus ist im Blockhausstil, hat alles was man braucht und ist fĂŒr uns als Familie (2 Ew, 2 Ki) von der GrĂ¶ĂŸe völlig ausreichend. Besonders das Vorhandensein von HandtĂŒchern und Bettzeug ist wirklich praktisch und selten! Zur Seeseite hat es eine große Veranda und einen traumhaften Blick auf den See! Auch bei schlechten Wetter lĂ€sst es sich in der hauseigenen Saune prima aushalten. Zum Haus gehört ein Ruderboot mit Benzinmotor, Kanu, Surfbrett, FahrrĂ€der und, und, und 
 also wirklich sehr umfassend und ich habe es in der FĂŒlle so noch nie bei einem Ferienhaus gehabt. Per, der Vermieter ist wirklich nett und absolut hilfsbereit und immer (per Telefon) erreichbar. Ganz toll! Der Privatstrand ist schon privat aber das nĂ€chste Ferienhaus ist ca. 50 Meter entfernt. Aber durch BĂ€ume relativ abgeschirmt. Aber ich will es erwĂ€hnt haben, völlig alleine ist man nicht, was aber am Bolmen sowieso schwierig ist, da bei Touristen sehr beliebt. Einzig was mir negativ einfĂ€llt, ist die fehlende Antenne fĂŒr den TV. In der Hausbeschreibung steht: Satelliten-/Kabelfernsehen, was aber nicht vorhanden ist. Aber der TV ist modern, WLAN-fĂ€hig und Netflix und Co. laufen dank schnellem WLAN reibungslos. Nur wer gerne analoges Fernsehen sehen möchte, „guckt hier in die (schwarze) Röhre“. Da könnte man was machen.
