The location is absolutely perfect and the apartment is beautiful and surprisingly quiet. Only issue is communication. I tried reaching by email, through their chat system and by phone, and never got any replies. We needed sheets for the sofa bed and never got them in 6 days. We also never received checkout instructions and ultimately had to leave the appartment with the keys left inside without ever hearing back from the agency, regardless of all our attempts on all three channels.
